As an athlete I have learned that keeping your body fit is key for top performance. Your mental fitness, however, is just as important!

In Tina's Training Room, you will get a total body workout. You will not only find ways to enhance your sports performance but also enhance your knowledge. 


Don't just be another athlete but strive to be a well-rounded individual. Strive to be fit physically, emotionally, mentally, and to maintain a balance in your life. Never stop learning! 

With discipline and good time management skills, you can be a normal person, live a balanced life, and yet accomplish the extraordinary. The training never stops, the learning never stops. 

It is the little things you do every day that help you become the best you can be!
